Hiring: Finishing Engineer – Civil

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works, including plastering, flooring, painting, and waterproofing.
• Manage installation of doors, windows, and other finishing items.
• Read and execute work as per construction drawings and BOQ.
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of finishing works.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify and rectify snags and finishing defects.
• Monitor material usage and maintain work progress records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction drawings.
• Understanding of BOQ, material estimation, and quality control.
• Good site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage finishing activities independently.
