Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements.
  • Perform financial statement analysis, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Review accounting transactions and ensure appropriate classification and disclosure.
  • Prepare financial reporting schedules, disclosures, and management reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles.
  • Identify reporting issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Support IPO readiness, financial reporting transformation, and accounting advisory projects, where applicable.
