Finance Manager - Real Estate

Financial Reporting & Analysis: • Oversee all aspects of financial management including the finalisation of accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and provide actionable insights to senior management. • Monitor financial metrics specific to the real estate sector Budgeting & Forecasting: • Collaborate with plant operations to create accurate and realistic financial forecasts Cost Management: • Implement strategies for cost control and reduction. Internal Controls, Processes, and Risk Management: • Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Implement best practices for risk management, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Team Leadership & Development: • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operational goals. • Promote cross-functional collaboration to support financial planning and analysis for major capital projects and operational initiatives.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
