Field Sales Manager – Channel Sales Location: Jalandhar / Amritsar Job Type: Full-time | Field-Based / Remote Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales Age: Up to 40/42 years Industry Preference: Battery, Energy, Power, Solar, Automotive, Tyre, Oil & Lubricants, Electrical or related industries About Z Power Z Power is a battery manufacturing company with a legacy of 50 years in the energy industry. We export our products to 35+ countries and have a strong presence across India. Our product portfolio includes Lead-Acid Batteries, Lithium Batteries, Energy Storage Solutions (ESS), Solar Panels and other energy solutions. We are expanding our field sales network and are looking for experienced professionals to strengthen our dealer and distributor network. About the RoleWe are looking for a Field Sales Manager to manage and grow our dealer and distributor network in the Jalandhar or Amritsar territory . This is a field-based role , where the candidate will be responsible for regular market visits, developing new business opportunities, managing channel partners, achieving sales targets, and increasing Z Power's market presence within the allocated territory. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow dealers and distributors in the assigned area. Achieve sales targets and generate new business. Regularly visit dealers, distributors and customers. Develop new leads and onboard new channel partners. Promote Z Power products and build market presence. Maintain customer and sales data through CRM. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of field/channel sales experience . Experience in Battery, Solar, Energy, Power, Automotive, Tyre, Oil or Electrical industry preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with regular field travel. Target-oriented with basic CRM knowledge. Age: Up to 38 years.
