Location: Bangalore & Nellore

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing sales for AVI's premium Home Theatre, Audio-Visual and Luxury Audio solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop customer leads.
• Understand customer requirements for Home Theatre, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, screens and other AV solutions.
• Meet customers at their homes, offices, project sites and showrooms as required.
• Explain products and prepare suitable AV solutions based on customer requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team for quotations, demonstrations and installations.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to order closure.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and property developers to generate project leads.
• Visit residential and commercial projects to identify potential AV requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showroom presentations when required.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, quotations and customer follow-ups.
• Travel within the assigned location for customer meetings and project visits.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable while interacting with premium customers.
• Strong interest in technology, audio, home theatre and luxury products.
• Willingness to learn about AV products and systems.
• Sales-oriented with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Candidates with experience in AV, home theatre, consumer electronics, luxury products, real estate, interior design or related industries will have an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
• ELECTRICAL / AV TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Location: Bangalore & Nellore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Languages: Kannada, Hindi & English

Qualification: Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics / relevant technical qualification

Job Description

The Electrical / AV Technical Engineer will support AVI's Home Theatre, Audio-Visual and residential AV projects, from site preparation and installation through testing and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites and understand site conditions and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with electricians, contractors, architects, interior designers and project teams.
• Assist in planning and executing AV-related electrical and cabling requirements.
• Handle installation of AV equipment including speakers, amplifiers, projectors, screens, subwoofers, AV racks and related equipment.
• Assist with speaker and equipment positioning according to project drawings and requirements.
• Coordinate cable routing, termination, labelling and connections.
• Assist in installation, testing and troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Check power, connectivity and signal flow for AV equipment.
• Assist the senior technical team during home theatre and media room installations.
• Carry out basic testing and ensure equipment is functioning correctly before handover.
• Coordinate with the sales/project team regarding site progress and technical requirements.
• Maintain proper care and handling of premium AV equipment.
• Travel to customer sites and project locations as required.

Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, cabling and tools.
• Interest in learning Audio-Visual and Home Theatre technology.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Willing to work at residential and commercial project sites.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams at a project site.
• Physically comfortable with installation and site-related work.
• Good communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in electrical work, AV installation, home automation, CCTV, networking, structured cabling or similar technical fields will have an advantage.
• Freshers with the right technical background and willingness to learn are welcome.
