Role Description The Field Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sriperumbudur. This role involves visiting existing and potential customers, presenting products and solutions, and supporting sales activities in the field. The Field Marketing Executive will implement market plans, assist in promotional campaigns, collect and analyze market information, and report competitor and customer insights to the management team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and leads. The role also requires accurate documentation of client visits, preparing basic proposals or quotations, and representing the company professionally at customer locations and industry events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and support effective field strategies.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with customers, explain product benefits clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer engagement, support revenue growth, and contribute to campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic products or industrial equipment is beneficial; willingness to learn technical details is expected.
• Ability to travel locally in and around Sriperumbudur and manage a field schedule efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and customer service mindset.
• Completion of secondary education or a diploma/degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
