Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Kunnathur. The Fashion Designer will develop original concepts, sketch designs, and select appropriate fabrics and materials for bespoke garments. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their style and fit requirements, overseeing fittings and alterations, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship are maintained throughout production. The role also involves coordinating with tailors and embroiderers, monitoring garment construction timelines, and maintaining an organized workflow in the studio. The Fashion Designer will contribute to design collections, stay informed about fashion trends, and support brand consistency across all creations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development and garment construction understanding.
• Candidates should possess skills in Textiles, with an ability to select and work with various fabrics and materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Fitting, ensuring accurate measurements and comfortable, flattering silhouettes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Embroidery, with an eye for detailing and embellishments where needed.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field are beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in bespoke or custom apparel design is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and production teams are important.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kunnathur and adapt to a fast-paced studio environment is required.
