Export Manager Food

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review export documentation, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates

Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods

Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

Monitor international trade regulations and food safety standards, specific country import requirements

Negotiate freight rates and shipping terms with logistics providers

Communicate with international buyers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and any issues

Manage export sales orders and ensure accurate record keeping

Resolve any customs clearance or shipment delay issues
