Export / Logistic Analyst

Role Name- Logistics Analyst

Shipment Logistics Operations

Support end to end shipment execution from pickup to delivery, including follow ups with transporters and freight forwarders.

Check list approvals and verify logistics documentation such as

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Delivery Challan

Shipping Bill / Bill of Entry (support role)

Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and handled as per internal document control SOPs.

System Data Management

Update shipment details in MIS

Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment trackers, and supporting documents.

Support audit requirements by providing data, shipment proofs, and documentation when required.

Warehouse / FG

Planning

Security / Gate operations

Liaise with external partners including transporters, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.

Logistics operations

Export/import coordination

Basic understanding of logistics

Familiarity with export/import documentation

Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry

Exposure to customs brokers, freight forwarders, or 3PL coordination

Manager wants profiles who is having sez knowledge or who have worked with freight forwarders and shipping line . If you have any such profiles, please share them at earliest as this requirement is a bit urgent for manager.
