Role Description This is a full time, on-site Export Executive role based at Falcon Pipes Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot. The Export Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparation and verification of export documentation, coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of orders. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries from international clients, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate export records in line with regulatory and company requirements. The role also involves supporting international sales activities, monitoring market trends in relevant regions, ensuring compliance with import–export regulations, and collaborating with internal teams such as production, finance, and warehouse to meet customer timelines and service standards.

Qualifications

• Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
• Understanding of Export operations and International Trade practices, including Incoterms and trade compliance.
• Experience working with Sales teams or directly handling international customer inquiries and order processing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or export management software, along w
