Position: Executive – Purchase

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification

• Graduate / B.Com / BBA
• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per company requirements.
• Maintain purchase records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and requirements.
