JOB DETAILS

• Meet clients to understand their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements
• Prepare element lists as per event requirements
• Connect with vendors, fabricators, printer and all other vendors associated with the events
• Execute events as per timelines and plan set by the Production Manager
• Make PPT presentations for events to present to clients Source locations, food, entertainment, volunteers,
• freelancers and designers as per event requirements
• Co-ordination with team members and all associated vendors to ensure timely execution of all events
