Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Organizer role based in Varanasi. The Event Organizer will plan, coordinate, and execute events such as promotions, community gatherings, and special activities related to Agrawal Radio Shiwala’s services. Day-to-day tasks include creating event concepts, preparing schedules and budgets, coordinating with vendors and partners, and arranging logistics such as venue setup, equipment, and materials. The role involves engaging with customers during events, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive attendee experience. The Event Organizer will also support event marketing efforts, collaborate with the sales team to drive participation, and prepare post-event reports to evaluate outcomes and improvements.

• Candidates should possess strong Event Planning skills, including organizing timelines, resources, and logistics.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and responsive event experience.
• Candidates should possess Event Marketing and Sales skills to promote events and encourage participation.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, time management, basic budgeting skills, and familiarity with local Varanasi venues.
• Prior experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as required by events, and to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
