ESG Manager

As ESG Manager at Redington, you'll own the group's sustainability agenda end to end, from the multi-year roadmap, policies and governance mechanisms to the annual disclosure cycle. That means leading materiality assessments, running ESG ratings submissions like EcoVadis and CDP, building business cases for decarbonisation and resource-efficiency projects, and embedding sustainability into how the business allocates capital and makes decisions. You'll coordinate a cross-functional network spanning finance, procurement, operations, legal and communications, and strengthen the data systems behind it all.

The role matters because Redington sits at the centre of technology distribution across 40+ markets, where supply-chain emissions, responsible sourcing and credible disclosure increasingly shape access to finance and to brand partners. This is a chance to build the ESG function's credibility with investors, lenders and customers rather than merely tick boxes, including exploring sustainable-finance structures.

This suits someone who has run enterprise-level ESG workstreams before, is fluent in BRSR, GRI and IFRS S1/S2, and enjoys turning regulation and stakeholder expectations into practical programmes that line leaders actually adopt.
