Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor - Engineering to oversee the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of all engineering systems, executing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the hotel's operational requirements to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, DG Sets, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and Building Maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, team supervision, and vendor coordination skills.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
