About the Company

Pandasdroid is offering a practical 3-month internship for someone interested in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, business analysis, and founder-led decision-making. The intern will work on understanding business needs, identifying meaningful opportunities, and supporting outreach and marketing activities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach by researching relevant audiences, identifying prospects, and preparing personalized communication.
• Research customer needs, market signals, and business challenges to help define clear problem statements.
• Analyze information and present concise findings to decision-makers and the founding team.
• Contribute structured ideas and practical recommendations for business and growth solutions.
• Track campaign and outreach activity, organize insights, and maintain clear reports and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and improve proposed solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern with an interest in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and business analysis. The candidate should be comfortable conducting online research, identifying relevant prospects, writing clear professional messages, breaking broad challenges into focused problem statements, and suggesting solution approaches. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn are important. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, digital marketing, social platforms, or data interpretation will be helpful. This is a 3-month, full-time, remote internship.
