Role Description The Electrician will perform day-to-day electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at New Well Engineering’s on-site location in Nayagarh. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, wiring and cabling, inspecting systems to identify faults, and performing corrective actions to ensure safety and reliability. The Electrician will conduct routine preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and troubleshoot electrical issues in coordination with the engineering team. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of work performed, following safety procedures and regulatory standards, and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nayagarh.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong practical skills in electricity and general electrical work.
• Candidates should possess skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting electrical faults and resolving issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in electrical engineering principles relevant to industrial or commercial settings.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical trade or electrical engineering.
• Working knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Previous experience as an electrician in industrial, commercial, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently or in a team.
