Experience Required: 4–5 years in industrial maintenance

Aarti Greentech is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with experience in HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT electrical systems, motors, VFDs, control panels, and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor electrical equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motors, VFDs, control circuits, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and electrical safety.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
