Role Description The Education Professional role at Elite Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Thoothukudi. In this role, the Education Professional will plan and deliver lessons or training sessions, support learners individually and in groups, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to support improvement. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, communicating with learners and families, and assisting with educational events or programs as needed. The Education Professional will contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and uphold organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience in classroom instruction or training environments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with learners, families, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities, including the ability to design and deliver structured learning sessions.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Thoothukudi, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records of learner progress.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education, patience, and a learner-focused approach.
• Prior experience in schools, tutoring centers, or training institutes will be an advantage.
