Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Dispatch Coordinator who can independently manage dispatch operations, EXIM documentation, shipment coordination, and related logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely dispatches with accurate documentation and clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of goods.

Handle EXIM-related documentation, including preparation, verification, and coordination of required shipping documents

.Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Follow up on shipment schedules, delivery status, and transportation arrangements.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant stakeholders for document clearance and shipment processing, as applicable.

Ensure dispatch documents, invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and other relevant records are accurate and complete.

Track shipments, resolve dispatch-related issues, and maintain proper documentation and dispatch records.

Ensure compliance with applicable company procedures and shipping documentation requirements.

Provide regular updates on dispatch status and proactively resolve delays or coordination issues.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, shipping, or related operations.

Practical knowledge of EXIM documentation and shipment clearance processes.

Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage dispatch activities independently with minimal supervision.

Good documentation, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English is preferred;

knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in logistics, manufacturing, travel-related operations, shipping, or export-import coordination will be preferred.
