Job Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their talent requirements.
• Manage and optimise the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
