Director -Growth & Brand Marketing -D2C - CTC upto 90 LPA

We are currently hiring for "Director Marketing and Growth" with a leading D2C startup based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Drive sales and revenue for the company, owning the P&L for the company.
• This will involve leading the marketplaces, website, driving retention, building relationships with platform partners among other things.
• Own branding and marketing initiatives for the company by developing deep consumer understanding, building long and short term strategies around communication/content and get them executed.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• 8–12+ years of experience in generating sales via growth marketing initiatives preferably in consumer brands.
• Solid experience in understanding and building brands, consumer, and driving brand marketing initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
