Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, websites, email, and other relevant channels.
• Create, edit, and coordinate engaging written, visual, and short-form video content for target audiences.
• Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, captions, blogs, creatives, and promotional communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience interaction, website traffic, and key engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, basic analytics, and digital campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt content for different channels.
• A creative mindset, willingness to learn, and a practical understanding of audience-focused marketing are essential.

Experience: Any experience level. Industry: Digital Marketing and Content Creation. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Delhi, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
