Pioneers Global Associates is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Brand / Social Media Intern to support its growing marketing initiatives across digital channels. This remote opportunity offers practical exposure to brand building, content development, audience engagement, and campaign execution in a collaborative professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.
• Create, manage and schedule engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
• Support content creation, including captions, posts, reels and other digital creatives.
• Assist with graphic design and maintaining a consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitors and audience preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Support website content updates, optimisation and maintenance.
• Assist with online outreach and campaigns to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and maintain organised records of content, engagement and campaign results.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, social media or content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Good research, organisational and content-planning skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is an advantage.
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and follow through on tasks.
