Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Development Manager to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for agent recruitment, development, and meeting business targets. This role requires a strong focus on building a pipeline of agents and enhancing their productivity through effective training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a robust team of agents.
• Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate referrals for new agent hiring.
• Ensure agents possess comprehensive product knowledge through training and field demonstrations.
• Work closely with agents to plan and review their activities and goals, identifying training needs and collaborating with trainers to address them.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets while improving agent productivity and persistency.
• Ensure adherence to the company's product mix sales ratio and business norms.
• Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion, fostering deep customer loyalty by following company sales practices.
• Organize periodical customer meetings to gauge customer needs and ensure queries are addressed satisfactorily.
