Role Description The Design Partner is a full-time remote role responsible for collaborating on interior design projects from concept to execution. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts and mood boards, creating layouts and visual presentations, and supporting the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings. The Design Partner will coordinate with clients and internal team members, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure that design solutions align with client requirements, budgets, and brand standards. This role also involves preparing graphics and documentation for client presentations, revising designs based on feedback, and maintaining organized project files and communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Graphic Design skills, including the ability to create clear layouts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members, present concepts, and provide clear written and visual updates.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects.
• Candidates should possess Graphics skills, including proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software).
• Relevant qualifications may include a degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing completed design work.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with remote collaboration tools, basic knowledge of space planning and materials, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
