Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager HR who can manage end-to-end hiring for operational, field, Sales, delivery, technical, and corporate roles. The candidate should have strong sourcing and coordination skills with the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment .
• Manage bulk hiring as well as individual role closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drive.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department managers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Basic HR operations knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in Building Material, Facade (Glass), Manufacturing industry preferred.
