Delivery Admin - SCM M/F

❖ Support Deliveries management

• Issue proper shipping documentation (Dispatch advice, COC, E-supply, etc.)
• Coordinate on time packing activities with related team
• Coordinate with logistic team timely shipment
• Active backup for COO form declaration

❖ Support Import administrative

• Manage DTA declaration along with logistic in charge and/or external CHA
• Active backup for import and export transactions (BOE, check lists, all necessary declaration)

❖ Actively Participate in continuous improvement projects

❖ Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow

HSE norms as applicable.

• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices
• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow
• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training
