Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Department: Operations International Voice Process Reporting To: Team Leader Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries and concerns over calls as per defined processes. - Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality customer experience. - Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions. - Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. - Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards. - Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details. - Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. - Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. - Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.
