Eligibility

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience in banking/fraud process
• Cibil score should be above 680 (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Positive problem- solving abilities.
• Chat Experienced Preferred
• No absconding Cases considered
• immediate joiners only

Shift timings

• Day & Night shift rotational (9 hours)
• week off: Any 2 rotational week- offs
