Customer Support Executive

 Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in

slimming, weight loss, and wellness services.

 Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone.

 Identify client needs and recommend suitable slimming or wellness solutions.

 Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and program enrollments.

 Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or manual

registers.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

 Coordinate with front desk executives, counsellors, and clinic managers to ensure smooth

appointment scheduling.

 Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

 Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively.
