Customer Support Desktop and Network Engineer

Salary: Minimum ₹20,000/- per month, including PF, ESI etc. Final package depends on interview.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty parts.
• Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, drivers and email.
• Manage and support network infrastructure – switches, LAN cabling and Wi-Fi.
• Attend user complaints promptly and courteously; handle client staff professionally.
• Log all calls, follow up till closure and escalate critical issues to the senior engineer.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and keep service records updated.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate any stream or Diploma in Engg + certificate course in hardware engineering
• Minimum 5 years as a Desktop & Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Good hands-on knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, LAN, switches and Wi-Fi.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
