🚀 **We're Hiring | Customer Success & Retention Intern at Openleaf**

At **Openleaf**, we're building a unified logistics platform that helps e-commerce brands manage shipments, integrate with couriers, and fulfill orders from a single dashboard.

We're looking for a proactive and responsible **Customer Success & Retention Intern** to work with our team to improve client relationships, resolve customer concerns, and help reduce client churn.

• *What you'll do:**
• Regularly connect with existing clients to understand their experience with Openleaf.
• Follow up with inactive clients and identify why they have reduced or stopped using our platform.
• Identify customers at risk of churning and proactively address their concerns.
• Coordinate with the technical team to get client issues resolved.
• Help onboard clients and improve product adoption.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve our product and services.
• Maintain client engagement records and track follow-ups.
• Assist in win-back initiatives to bring back clients who have stopped using Openleaf.
• *What we're looking for:**
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort speaking with clients over calls and messages.
• An interest in startups, SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics.
• Previous experience is not mandatory. We're looking for someone willing to learn and get things done.
