What you'll do

• Onboard new customers and set up their channels, workflows, templates and AI agents
• Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of accounts, answering questions over chat, email and calls
• Run product demos and training sessions so customers get value quickly
• Monitor account health, flag churn risks early and spot upsell opportunities
• Relay customer feedback and bugs to the product team, and write help articles
• Track renewals, adoption and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• 0-2 years in customer success, account management or SaaS support (freshers with strong communication welcome)
• Clear, friendly communication in English and Malayalam
• Tech-comfortable: able to learn a SaaS product deeply and explain it simply
• Organized, proactive, and takes ownership of customer outcomes
• Bonus: experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRMs or chatbot tools
