Job Location: Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab

Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2nd and 4th Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Customer Service Executives with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

▪️Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.

▪️Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.

▪️Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems.

▪️Meet assigned sales, service, and KPI targets.

▪️Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Required skills

▪️Excellent Punjabi & English communication

▪️Customer handling and relationship-management skills

▪️Good listening, empathy and patience

▪️Strong follow-up and coordination skills

▪️Problem-solving ability

▪️Basic computer/CRM knowledge

▪️Professional attitude and target/KPI orientation

▪️Experience less than 1 year in customer service, telecalling, relationship management, hospitality, B2C or matchmaking will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.
