We are hiring for Sr. Executive /Manager Customer Service Africa (Export) from freight forwarding Industry.

Location Mumbai Bhandup

Exp 4-7 years

Salary - 10 to 12 lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and handle queries, shipment updates, complaints, and escalations.

Coordinate end-to-end export shipments, including bookings, cargo movement, documentation, and shipment tracking.

Liaise with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA/customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal teams.

Handle Africa export trade lanes and coordinate with overseas agents regarding shipment status, transit times, and destination requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate export documentation, including Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, and certificates.

Lead and guide the Customer Service team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and train team members.

Resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely closure of customer concerns.

Prepare and review shipment MIS, pending shipment reports, service-level performance, and customer complaint reports.

Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with SOPs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
