We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to strengthen customer experience across our Rangoli Ice Cream Cafe outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website.
• Manage Google, Swiggy & Zomato reviews and complaints.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support outlet staff training on customer service.
• Monitor and escalate urgent complaints during late-evening hours when required.

📍 Location: Rangoli Ice Cream Office, I Square Building, Sola Science City Road, Ahmedabad

🕙 Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

💼 Experience: 1–2 years preferred

🗣️ Languages: Gujarati, Hindi & Englis
