• CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present and explain products or services to customers.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Plus 2 / Degree is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
