What you will do

• Contribute to curriculum design within your subject area.
• Analyse cohort performance and report it to leadership.
• Set high expectations for behaviour and apply them consistently.
• Mentor trainee and early career colleagues.
• Use classroom technology where it improves learning, not for its own sake.
• Run interventions for learners who need targeted catch-up.
• Manage a form or tutor group and their pastoral needs.
