Position: Key Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager – Export & IMPORT

Location: Delhi

Industry: Freight Forwarding

Budget: Up to ₹55,000 per month

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate must be currently working with a freight forwarding company.
• Experience of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong experience in Export Customer Handling / Key Account Management / CRM.
• Good knowledge of Air & Sea Export; import knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling existing customers, rate follow-ups, business conversion and account growth.
• Should be comfortable with volume/revenue targets and territory development.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good coordination with Pricing, Operations, Documentation and other internal teams.
• Candidates with proven experience in customer retention, revenue growth and business development from existing accounts will be preferred.
• Only currently working candidates will be considered
