Role Overview

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst who is energetic, adaptable, and passionate about working with clients. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with strong communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client calls in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
• Evaluate borrower credit profiles and assess repayment capability.
• Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate effective communication while handling client interactions.
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.
• Manage work pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Finance/Management background is an added advantage).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
