About the Role

We are looking to hire a Credit Analyst for the SME Credit team. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, preparing detailed credit appraisal notes, and supporting risk assessment and portfolio monitoring for SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients
• Coordinate with business teams to finalize terms and conditions from a risk perspective
• Interact with clients to gather required financial and operational information
• Monitor accounts in line with sanction terms and highlight deviations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports
• Identify and escalate non-compliances along with recommended action plans
• Conduct site visits to client units and submit detailed inspection reports
• Manage and address escalations related to credit and risk assessments

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting (SME or Large Corporate segment)
• CA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
