Experience: 3–5 years

You'll lead KSHM's creative vision across campaigns, shoots, and brand storytelling, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to build a culturally relevant, high-impact brand.

Own and execute KSHM's creative vision across brand, content, and campaigns

• Conceptualize and direct photo & video shoots end-to-end
• Provide strong creative and shoot direction to photographers, videographers, and stylists
• Deliver high-impact creative output with a scrappy, resourceful approach
• Lead a lean team of designers, editors, cinematographers, and creatives
• Collaborate closely with social media, influencer, and performance marketing teams
• Translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative storytelling
• 3–6 years of experience in a creative leadership role (brand / agency / media)
• Hands-on experience with shoot direction and production
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and mood creation
