Crane Operator for Real Estate - Moshi location

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials at the project site.
• Follow instructions from site engineers, signalmen, and rigging personnel during lifting operations.
• Inspect the crane, lifting equipment, and safety systems before starting operations.
• Ensure the crane's load capacity is not exceeded and follow approved lifting procedures.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and signalmen to ensure safe lifting and material movement.
• Report any mechanical issues, equipment damage, or unsafe site conditions immediately.
• Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records.
• Follow all site safety rules and applicable construction safety standards.
• Ensure proper parking, shutdown, and securing of the crane after operations.
• Assist with routine maintenance checks and coordinate servicing when required.
