• Sales & Proposal Management.
• Responsible for leading a team to conduct audit of business units/ functions of companies.
• Understand the business, systems and tools of the client
• Understand the process end- to- end and comprehend overall impact
• Mentors junior consultants on both proposals and delivery as appropriate
• Develops relationships with client executives at CxO level. Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility in first client meeting
• Highlight and recommend potential business improvement and management control system.
• Assist in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Proactively review the accounting impact of complex and non- routine transactions
• Recommend procedural changes to address problems and to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting
• Ensures the use and collection of intellectual capital on the engagement
