Corporate Credit Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six years of experience in the finance sector, particularly those with a background in accounting or finance. The Corporate Credit Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients and managing corporate credit portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and credit reports to evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of corporate credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop credit risk models and strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact corporate credit.
• Assist in the development of credit policies and procedures to enhance risk management practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP and GAAP standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with corporate credit and underwriting processes is a plus.
