Corporate Communications & Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

External Communications & PR

• Serve as the primary liaison with PR agencies, marketing agencies, and media partners
• Manage all press releases, media statements, and public announcements in alignment with the Founder's voice and the company's brand positioning
• Monitor media coverage and manage the company's public narrative proactively

Investor & Institutional Relations

• Represent Suchi Semicon at investor meetings, bank presentations, and government forums (including ISM/MeitY-related engagements)
• Prepare and present investor decks, company updates, and capability presentations with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all institutional communications are accurate, timely, and on-brand

Conference & Event Representation

• Serve as the company's face at industry conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and summits
• Represent the Founder when required and ensure consistent, confident messaging across all platforms
• Prepare keynote materials, panel talking points, and company profiles for event participation

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with the marketing team and external agencies on campaigns, digital presence, and brand collateral
• Ensure all marketing outputs digital, print, or event-based align with the company's positioning and communication guidelines
• Manage the LinkedIn company page and other official digital channels in coordination with the Founder

Internal Communications

• Draft internal communications, leadership messages, and company-wide announcements
• Support the Founder in preparing for high-stakes meetings with partners, clients, and government bodies
• Maintain a communication calendar covering PR, events, investor touchpoints, and government engagements

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have

• Excellent spoken and written English — boardroom-grade fluency and precision
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable in front of senior audiences
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, investor relations, or brand management
• Experience interfacing with external agencies (PR, marketing, digital)
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision under the Founder's direction
• Willingness to travel for conferences, investor meetings, and institutional engagements

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to manufacturing, deep-tech, semiconductors, or B2B industries
• Experience with government stakeholder communications or policy forums
• Familiarity with investor relations or startup-to-institution communication frameworks
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, media monitoring tools, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
