Are you someone who can turn consumer insights into compelling campaigns, craft high-converting copy, and tell stories that connect with audiences? We’re looking for a creative leader who combines powerful storytelling with a performance-driven mindset! 🚀

✨ What You’ll Do

🔹 Lead copy strategy across performance marketing, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.

🔹 Own CRM communication across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and In-app messaging.

🔹 Develop campaign concepts, ad copies, video scripts, and engaging social media content.

🔹 Lead Kannada copywriting and transcreation, ensuring communication feels natural, authentic, and culturally relevant.

🔹 Mentor writers, guide creative teams, and maintain strong brand voice and quality standards.

🔹 Collaborate with Brand, Growth, CRM, Design, and Product teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

🔹 Use campaign insights and A/B testing to optimize messaging and improve conversions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–8 years of experience in copywriting, preferably with a consumer internet brand or advertising agency.

✅ Strong portfolio across performance marketing, CRM, integrated campaigns, and film scripts.

✅ Excellent storytelling, creative direction, and team mentoring skills.

✅ Ability to balance creative thinking with business outcomes and performance metrics.

✅ Professional proficiency in English and strong Kannada proficiency, including reading, writing, and transcreation, is mandatory.

✅ Experience with consumer tech, mobility, fintech, food delivery, or e-commerce is a plus.
