About the Role

We are looking for a

Content Creator / Producer

who can develop compelling, credible, and engaging content across multiple formats.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content for healthcare audiences while simplifying complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, accessible stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies.
• Create content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Develop healthcare education and awareness content.
• Create product storytelling and feature-focused content.
• Develop founder and leadership thought-leadership content.
• Create expert-led healthcare content.
• Develop scripts for videos, reels, podcasts, and interviews.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels.
• Develop content optimized for search and AI-powered answer engines.
• Research healthcare topics and convert complex concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Work with doctors, medical researchers, product managers, and subject-matter experts.
• Support campaign and product launches.
• Participate in and coordinate shoots when required.
• Develop camera-facing content where appropriate.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, editing, and content optimization.
• Maintain consistency in Essence Health's tone, messaging, and brand voice.
