About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Writer UGC & Creator to join our growing digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate understands social media content, UGC, Reels, short-form videos and digital marketing and can confidently coordinate with clients, creators and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Write captions, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs and social media content.

Coordinate with UGC creators on briefs, submissions, feedback and revisions.

Assist with client communication, follow-ups and campaign coordination.

Track content deliverables, timelines and approvals.

Research social media trends, competitors and content ideas.

Maintain content assets, creator/client databases and campaign trackers.

Support client onboarding, reporting and account management.

Work with internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in content writing, social media, UGC, influencer marketing or digital marketing.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.

Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Comfortable communicating with clients and content creators.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Added Advantage

Candidates who are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera will have an advantage.

Experience with Reels, UGC videos, scripting, shooting content or appearing on camera is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
